I suffered with chronic fatigue at the age of 19. I started reading health books to figure out how to get better. Like most people, i found lots information on candida, parasites and different diets. When my symptoms did not improve, I found a naturopathic doctor and scheduled a visit. She diagnosed what was wrong and started me on a healing path.  After getting my health back, I decided to become a naturopath myself.  After finishing my bachelors at UC Davis, I moved to Portland and eventually graduated from the 

National College of Natural Medicine (NCNM, now NUNM) in 2007.

I focus my practice on chronic health issues. Over the years I have learned hands-on energetic techniques from doctors with decades of experience treating lyme disease, epstein barr, autoimmunity and more.

 I use NAET allergy treatments to retrain the immune system to get rid of hayfever and food allergies.

I started prescribing HRT (hormone replacement) 12 years ago for women and men wanting to ease the transition into the next phase of life. After many years of experience and continuing education seminars in this field, I have developed what i believe to be the safest and most cost effective way to do hormone therapy.
